FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR (SEASONAL), FRONT OF HOUSE
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for the operation of The Broad Stage Front of House areas (lobby, auditorium and other public areas) in absence of the Front of House Manager. This position encompasses usher/volunteer management, coordination of assigned activities related to Broad Stage events/performances, merchandise sales management, and public safety.
 
The successful candidate will be expected to assume duties at either The Broad Stage (500 seat theater) or The Edye Second Space (100 seat black-box theater). This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service by all front line staff and the well­-being of patrons. AUDIENCE SERVICES ASSOCIATE, FRONT OF HOUSE
Having the highest volume of interactions with the majority of the public, the Front of House (FOH) team is a critical part to the success of all performances at The Broad Stage. Associates are responsible for welcoming patrons as they arrive, quickly assisting them as needed, and ensuring that they have a safe, inclusive and positive theater experience.

AUDIENCE SERVICES ASSOCIATE, CONCESSIONS
The Concessions Department at The Broad Stage is dedicated to providing all patrons that attend a performance with an exceptional experience throughout their visit by offering phenomenal customer service and high quality food and beverage options. We stand with the Front of House and Patron Services departments as the face of the Broad Stage and we act as part of the primary contact point for patrons and guests. The Concessions Associate assists with the set up and breakdown of bars and concessions areas, serving our patrons food and beverages, using a POS terminal to ring up transactions when concessions are sold, and assisting with lobby receptions, donor parties, and other special events.

AUDIENCE SERVICES ASSOCIATE, PATRON SERVICES
Patron Services Associates are the front line ambassadors for the Broad Stage. Using best practices in customer service and sales, they provide patrons with a positive experience while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
In addition, Patron Services Associates assist with daily reporting and other administrative office tasks.
